About Empire
Deal experience, not just deal flow.
Empire Global Financial Services, LLC (“Empire”), was formed as a successor licensed real estate and business brokerage firm to Milton Barbarosh's first active investment banking firm originally founded in 1988. With Mr. Barbarosh's extensive professional services background, the goal was to build a boutique network of partners to share deal flow and offer to its clients on both the transaction buy side and sell side, world class mergers and acquisitions professional services and a place to find constant deal flow.
Through the Barbarosh's family office Croft Investments Limited Partnership, its advisory company, Empire Global Advisory Services, LLC and its licensed CPA and Business Valuation company Stenton Leigh Valuation Group, LLC, along with Empire, we are now able to offer our clients a full complement of principal investing, intermediary services, and advisory services.
